Deconstructing Power in the Workplace

This course is aimed at migrant workers AND/OR young workers who want to learn more about identifying power in society, and the workplace, and how to deconstruct this power. The course will cover mobilising, how to identify decision makers and change their minds, how to work with your colleagues to change things in your workplace, and how to shift the power balance at work.

This course runs from the evening of Monday 6th February until the evening of Wednesday 8th February at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow. Accommodation is at the Citizen M Hotel, 60 Renfrew Street and the actual course is taking place at the University of Strathclyde, Room 205, in the Collins Building on Richmond Street.

Accommodation and meals will be provided. The course is free, but is limited to 20 participants, so please get names in early to reserve your place by emailing Sarah Collins at scollins@stuc.org.uk.
